Looking for an OR RN nurse. Caregiver must have valid RN License. Caregiver must have 2 years of OR experience. Must have ACLS, BLS, PALS. The caregiver will be responsibile for preoperative assessment including telephonic medical evaluation of surgical patients Periop and infusion scheduling Preop nursing including discharge teaching Infusions including IVIG, immunologics, blood, antibiotics, biologics, etc. Dressing changes including PICC, CVC, wound Intraop nursing for orthopedics, general surgery, spine, gastroenterology PACU (phase I postop care) Postoperative nursing Management of DME, supplies, outdates, materials ordering and pharmacy tracking of patients. Alternating call, may be every 3rd weekend.
